Welcome to Appliance Repair VF. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the website http://appliancerepairvf.com/ (the “Site”) and the booking of appliance repair services provided by MEGA CITY WAY LLC dba Appliance Repair VF (“we,” “our,” or “us”).
By accessing our Site or booking our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Site or book our services.
1. Booking and Appointment Scheduling
- Preferred Windows: Any date or time slot you select through our online booking form is a preferred preference and does not constitute a locked-in, guaranteed appointment.
- Confirmation: Our dispatch team will contact you by phone during our regular business hours (Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM) to confirm the exact schedule of our technician’s arrival.
- Cancellations: If you need to reschedule or cancel your confirmed appointment, please notify us by phone at least 3 hours prior to the scheduled window.
2. Pricing, Diagnostic Fees, and Payments
- Diagnostic Fee: We charge a standard diagnostic service fee of $99 to cover our technician’s travel, time, and expert evaluation of your appliance.
- Fee Waiver: If you choose to proceed with our recommended repair, this $99 diagnostic fee is fully waived (applied toward the total cost of parts and labor). If you decline the repair, you agree to pay the $99 diagnostic fee immediately upon completion of the evaluation.
- Payment Terms: All payments for completed diagnostic services or repairs are due immediately upon the completion of the technician’s visit. We accept major credit/debit cards and other approved payment methods.
3. Limited 90-Day Warranty
- Coverage: We stand behind our workmanship. All completed appliance repairs are backed by a limited 90-day warranty on newly installed parts and labor.
- Exclusions: This warranty only covers the specific repair completed by our technician and the parts installed by us. It does not cover new issues, other malfunctioning components in the same appliance, damage caused by customer misuse, accidents, or pre-existing structural issues.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MEGA CITY WAY LLC and its technicians shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from our diagnostic services, repairs, or the use of our Site, including but not limited to food spoilage, water damage, or electrical faults, unless caused by gross negligence.
5. Governing Law
These Terms and any disputes arising out of our services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
